(I'd love to eliminate the MBG altogether as it's redundant, but it seems Mitel 3300 likes to use a different IP for media negotiation and I'm not sure how to set that up in Anynode). On a call coming in, I see the invites, but no replies from the MBG.Īny ideas? Spent hours fiddling with this. I can do a packet trace at the border gateway and see the incoming options packets, but nothing going on. However anything Anynode tries to send in is rejected even OPTIONS packets. Calls can go OUT from the Mitel 3300 fine (through Anynode), so it's not a network issue. This normally works fine, but after updates last night something broke and I'm not sure if it's just hosed or a "new" setting somewhere I need to fix. Long story short, I have Mitel 3300 > Mitel Border Gateway > Anynode SBC. I swear I have this somewhat often, and in the past I just revert the snapshot and undo the updates, unfortunately I deleted the snapshots in this case as I had calls going out, not knowing I didn't have calls coming in. Once the call connected, it was defaulting back to the default port number which the firewall was blocking, and causing the calls to drop (no ACKs). UPDATE: The fix was to specify the non-standard port number under local domain in the SIP node of Anynode.
